Term 3 Week 2 2025

FROM THE PRINCIPAL - TERM 3, WEEK 2, 2024

Start of Term and a big thank you

Thank you to everyone for such a warm and positive start to Term 3! Week 1 was full of exciting stories from holidays, and I’m excited to see what we can achieve together in Week 2.

Positive acknowledgement cards (PA cards)

Congratulations to those students who received positive acknowledgement cards last week. These have been earned through a consistent display of our core school values: resilience, responsibility, respect, and kindness. Staff have regularly noticed and appreciated this ongoing commitment to creating a positive and supportive school environment.

Grade 3 to 6 Camp

Reminder that grade 3-6 camp is coming up in week 5 (20-22nd of August). We will be confirming room allocation for students and dietary requirements this week. If there have been any changes with your child’s attendance to camp, please let the office know asap. We can’t wait!!!

Permission notes

We have lots of exciting excursions and events planned this term. Please keep an eye out for permission notes coming home and return them promptly. We’re also asking families to complete one updated medical form to ensure we have the most up to date information about any medical needs, this helps us keep every child safe and supported. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Please see the REMINDERS page for a list of notes that have been sent out to be signed.

Football tournament- Change of date

Due to the persistent rain, and the effect it has had on the ovals, the Sandhurst Division football has been postponed. The date is yet to be confirmed but we should know by the end of this week to inform those families.

Prep enrolments for 2026
A reminder that prep enrolments for 2026 are due. Please don’t stress if you have not handed yours into the office yet, although as soon as possible would be great. Please see Rhys or the office for an enrolment pack.

? Mr Barri’s Weekly Riddle!
